This Privacy Policy explains how Moderari Studio Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the Tacuma website at tacuma.co and complete the Leadership Pressure Profile questionnaire.

We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site. We are committed to handling your data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What data we collect

When you complete the questionnaire

• Your name (optional — you may complete the questionnaire anonymously)
• Your email address (if you request your results by email)
• Your questionnaire scores across six domains (total score and section breakdown)
• The AI-generated reflection based on your scores
• The date and time of completion

When you contact us

• Your name and email address when you contact us at hello@tacuma.co

Automatically collected data

We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. It records only aggregate, anonymised data about page visits. No consent is required for this tool.

How we use your data

• To deliver your questionnaire results by email, where requested
• To notify Jeni Sanderson of high-priority results (score band 91–120) so she can make direct personal contact
• To maintain a CRM record of leads, scores and follow-up status in our secure Notion workspace
• To improve the service using anonymised, aggregated data about score patterns

We will never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and provide the service you have requested) and, where you have explicitly requested contact, on the basis of your consent.

Data retention

Questionnaire data and contact information is retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted unless an active client relationship is in place. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

Third-party processors

We use the following processors who may handle your personal data on our behalf:

• Anthropic — to generate your personalised AI reflection (your scores are sent server-side; no identifying information is included in the AI prompt)
• Resend — to deliver email notifications to you and to Jeni
• Notion — to store lead records in our secure workspace
• Netlify — to host this site and run server-side functions

All processors are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent at any time.
